Prices are Final at the Time of Purchase:
Acme updates product prices throughout each day to give our customers up-to-the-minute savings. At the time you make a purchase you are agreeing to the listed price. We cannot make a price adjustment after an order has shipped. Promotions must be applied before an order is placed. If you have a promotional code, please enter it under the "comments" link on the order form. Multiple product promotions cannot be used together.
Acme will not be liable if you order the wrong product:
To help you make an educated buying decision, Acme lists technical specifications and manufacturer part numbers for most of products on our Web site. We have made every attempt to ensure the relevancy of this information. If for any reason your inquiries are not answered on the Acme Web site, please visit the product manufacturers Web site for further compatibility and specification information. Acme is not liable if you order the wrong product.
Warranty:
1. All products (except OEM CPUs)have 1 year limited warranty excluding physical damage.
2. OEM CPUs only have 25 days warranty from the original invoice date excluding physical damage.

Product Return Guideline:
1. Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning a product.
2. Customer can print out a RMA form from this website. Fill in the form completely and fax to 510-226-6773 or email to rma@acmemicro.com to obtain a RMA number.
3. The following information is needed to issue a RMA number:
a) Customer's Name & phone number
b) Invoice number
c) Reason for return
d) Serial number
4. Products (except for CPUs & Memory) may be returned for credit within 10 days from the original invoice date. Products returned after 10 days from the original invoice date will be repaired or replaced.
5. Returned products will be credited at the current price, or original price, whichever is lower and reflects price reductions announced by the manufacturers.
6. All credit returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.
7. CPUs and Memory are NON-Refundable products.
8. Labor, shipping, insurance and credit card process fee are non-refundable.
9. Products must be returned in resalable condition to receive credit. All returns must be complete in original packaging including all components, accessories, cables, softwares, manual,etc.
10. Products returned incomplete may be assessed a charge for the missing items or returned to you at your expense.
11. Product is DOA (Dead On Arrival) and is returned to ACME within 30 days of the invoice date. ACME will replace the DOA product subject to the product's availability.
12. NO cross-shipping return of DOA product.
13. Customer may be referred to certain manufacturers to process RMA directly. Customers will be notified at the time of requesting RMA service, which manufacturers offer direct service.
14. Prices and availability subject to change without notice.

Shipping Guideline:
1. When a RMA number is assigned, products must be returned within 10 days. After 10 days, the RMA number will be cancelled and all shipment will be refused.
2. A traceable freight method is suggested(e.g. UPS)
3. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
4. Write the RMA number on the shipping label.
5. All items returned must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment. Any products damaged during shipment will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
6. ACME will return products to customer by UPS ground service and pay the shipping charge to destination within USA only. Customers need to pay the different if request a faster shipping service (e.g. Next day air).



About 70% of RMA returns have no problems found. When you can't find out what is wrong with the machine, make the configuration as SIMPLE as possible to work first, then add other items one by one. Check manual or readme file for jumpers setting, IRQ and I/O address to avoid conflicts. Most of the time, that will solve your problems.


Tech Support Tips:

1. Is the AC power 110V? Check the switch on power supply.
2. Use the cables that come with the motherboard. Different boards use different mouse port cables and printer port cable.
3. Check the jumper setting again, the pin # may count from left to right, or from right to left, or from top to bottom.
4. Do not put any stand-off screw under the motherboard if that position does not have a screw hole. (No short circuit)
5. Connecting two parts with cables, make sure the direction is pin 1 to pin 1 and all of pins are put in well.
6. Add-on cards should be plugged deeply into slot with good contact, especially the AGP card which has a 2-layer gold finger.
7. Test motherboard with memory, CPU, Video card, and power supply outside, make sure this configuration working before putting it into the case. After this basic booted OK, then add other items one by one.
8. For Intel Pentium MMX, AMD K6 and Cyrix 6x86MX (M2) dual voltage CPUs, Check the print on CPUs to find the right Voltage and Clock rate setting.
